Fortnite is new title from Epic

Has kind of a Mindcraft feel to it

The big announcement from Epic at the VGAs was a trailer shown for a new IP called Fortnite. While no word on what platforms it is coming for or when it might be released, the developer has forewarned it is far from anything that they have ever done.

From what we saw in the trailer, the explore, scavenge, build, and survive elements were all present with a sort of Mindcraft meets Left 4 Dead feel that was actually very interesting. Of course, we are still craving to see more of it before we know where Epic is going with this title, but for something completely different, they appear to be off to a good start.

See the trailer here.
